Hacienda Paradise Hotel

Basic breakfast was sufficient but Toast is always a problem in Mexico. Cooked on a flat top, then stacked in a basket to get tough & very chewy. Have had this problem in other places there too. Optional purchase breakfasts were very good and very reasonable Staff were excellent, particularly Rebecca in the restaurant. She saw my wife's mobility problems and brought our breakfast to our patio. Very thoughtful and a pleasure to have her and the other servers there. We chose the hotel because the rooms are accessible, location is great and the value is good.

The spa

The location is very good. The pool is nice and the staff friendly. Overall a good option for the price of this hotel.

the front desk people were very helpful especially the one on the day we arrived friendly environment first floor with a table outside and chairs to eat or drink simple and no fuss

The pool was good, the bed was super super comfortable! The location is great, I didn't hear any noise inside the room. If you want to stay close to the "party" places, this is perfect cause it's like 5 min walking, but not extremely close to all the noise. But, there are better areas a bit further away. The pool was nice and relaxing and the breakfast wasn't that bad. It's a simple breakfast but it's good for starting your day and then eating more things somewhere else. It's definitely not in it's prime, but it's way better than others that I saw in the same area. (Side note: playa del Carmen is in general super trashy, so I would definitely go to another town if your vibe is not trashy clubs and overpriced food)
